Welcome to the whistleblower platform of CNRS Innovation
Our whistleblowing platform enables employees and stakeholders (external staff, employees of service providers or subcontractors, suppliers, shareholders and representatives of civil society) to report any serious problem so that we can remedy it. These alerts may constitute a crime or misdemeanor, a serious and manifest violation of the law or regulations, a threat to the general interest or a breach of the code of conduct, in particular the existence or risk of serious violations of human rights and fundamental freedoms, the health and safety of individuals or the environment.

What is a whistleblower?
● A whistleblower is a natural person who reports or discloses, without financial consideration and in good faith, information concerning a crime, a misdemeanor, a threat or harm to the general interest, a violation or attempted concealment of a violation of international or European Union law, the law or regulations.
● As such, the facts that are the subject of the alert must be presented objectively and factually, making clear their presumed nature, and present a direct link with the purpose of the alert.

Whistleblower protection
This platform guarantees strict confidentiality for whistleblowers, impartial and diligent treatment, protection against reprisals, and compliance with national legislation.
You also have the option of remaining anonymous, in which case you should not provide any personal information.

Who handles alerts?
Alerts launched via this platform will be handled, depending on the category, by :
- Ms Albane LE CHEVALIER, Corporate Secretary
- Ms Félicia Costa, HR Manager
- Ms Sabrina Formuso, Finance Manager
- Ms Benzeggouta, Technology Transfer Manager - only for reports of moral and sexual harassment.

If the person handling the alert is involved in the report, you may choose to :
- Contact your line manager
- Make an external report (see External report section)

What happens next?
Once a report has been made and registered on the platform, the people authorized to handle such reports verify the facts in complete confidentiality, in order to determine their admissibility and decide what action to take.
The author of the report will be kept informed of the processing of the alert via an anonymous online discussion forum. This area also provides an opportunity for clarification and exchange with case managers. Information concerning access to this area should be carefully stored in a secure location.
Processing times are as follows:
● 7 days to acknowledge receipt of the alert
● 90 days to process it

Data retention
If the allegations contained in the alert are inaccurate or the alert has become irrelevant, the alert will be closed. The author of the alert will be informed in writing of the closure of the file.

External reporting
Whistle-blowers can also send an external alert, either after having sent an internal alert, or directly. The list of competent authorities is appended to the decree, the authorities being classified by field.

This system is hosted by a service provider who has no access to the data, but guarantees its operation.

I've lost my login details for my personal space. What can I do?
You can create a new report by explaining your situation and the report you have already submitted. The referrer will then be able to communicate with you through the newly created communication space.
